   Netflix has a program “Good Witch”. Starring Catherine Bell as Cassie Nightingale. I think Max’s mom looks exactly like Catherine Bell and they’re both witches!

   Wow! That was a great chapter. Finally, finally, Max winds up on top (no pun intended) and his mother gets her wings clipped (thanks Alisa). His mom had let this “I’m the coven Mistress and your Mother” thing go to her head. She was tripping on POWER. She took her punishment, so maybe she will change. Of course, Max, being the big softy, goes up to her bedroom to make peace. Then he licks everybody’s pussy before preparing for his date. I’m really anxious to see what happens. I’m halfway expecting his date to be a witch. There are a few other things that concern me.
   1. I hope Max IS smarter than he appears. He was acting totally clueless while the coven was deciding his mom’s guilt.
   2. The coven has telepathy, the ability to control energy with their minds, and cast spells. And Max has … ??? Max is the babe lost in the woods, powerless and defenseless. Is Max going to feel safe when he visits Dee’s coven?
   3. A couple of chapters ago, Max had a nightmare(?) about Alisa and Liza tying him to a chair in a secret room behind a picture. Why hasn’t Max checked behind the picture for a door? I know that if I had a dream like that, I definitely would have checked by now. Or was there some mind controlling going on that Max’s mother swore she and his sisters would never do. I did notice that Kira was not included in that list.
   4. What about those apartments the coven keeps? What are they used for?
   Totally enjoyed the chapter and looking for more.
