Altering parts of the body in some artificial way, such as with non-organic augmentations, body part addition or removal, and unusual body part placement. Should not be confused with females becoming futanari/shemale (see dick growth). Should not be confused with transformation (for more organic changes). Should not be confused with the mecha girl or similar.
